Job Description The HR Manager (Payroll) is responsible for the timekeeping & compensation management of 2000-2500 staff members of the group. He is responsible for maintaining Statutory Compliances, Insurance, Performance Appraisal etc and be in close contact with the site offices.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Management of timekeeping and Compensation Management
  • Coordination for statutory compliances like PF, ESIC, Bonus, Leave, PT etc. of all employees and timely payments before due dates.
  • Budgeting and Costing
  • Managing the Insurance of Employees
  • Performance Appraisal
  • Liaison with various Labour offices
  • Management of Contract Labour
  • Co-ordinating with various site locations
  • Travelling to various sites for coordination and follow-up meetings
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Procurement & issue of Safety & PPE Kits
  • General Administration of the Branch
  • Management of Transport and Canteen
  • Estate management
Education Qualification Post Graduate in HR
Experience Minimum 7 years of experience
Skills Required
  • Functional :
    1. Statutory compliances
    2. Labour Laws
  • IT Skills :
    1. PF and ESIC portals and compliances
    2. HR payroll software
  • Behavioral :
    1. Interpersonal Skills
    2. Organisational & time management skills
