Transport MIS EXECUTIVE

Role of the Position

To manage and maintain transport-related data, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis.

Primary Responsibilities

●      Compile, validate, and analyse transport data for daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

●      Monitor vehicle movement, fuel usage, and trip efficiency using GPS and transport software.

●      Coordinate with transport vendors and internal teams for timely data updates and issue resolution.

●      Maintain documentation for audits, compliance, and internal reviews.

Secondary Responsibilities

●      Assist in budgeting and cost control through data insights.

 Requisite skills & attributes

●      Good Understanding of Fleet management software

●      Good Understanding of Transport Documentation like LR, Eway Bill, Etc.
